How do I post a project?+
Create a free account, choose the Customer role, then click “Post a project”. Describe what you need, set a budget range and timeline, and verified contractors will start sending you bids.
Is it free to post a project?+
Yes. Posting projects and receiving bids is completely free for project owners. Contractors operate on free and paid plans with different monthly bid limits.
How are contractors verified?+
Our team manually reviews each contractor’s CNIC and business documents before they can be marked as verified. Look for the green “Verified” badge on a contractor’s profile.
Why can’t I see a contractor’s phone number?+
To keep deals safe and on-platform, contact details are protected. Phone numbers, emails and links are automatically hidden from descriptions and chats. Contact is revealed only after you accept a bid.
How does bidding work?+
Contractors submit a bid amount, timeline and proposal on your project. You can shortlist, compare and then accept the bid that fits you best. Accepting a bid unlocks direct messaging with that contractor.
What is a site assessment?+
Some contractors offer a remote (call/video) or on-site assessment so you get expert input before committing to a full project. You can request one from a contractor’s profile.
How do I reset my password?+
On the login page, click “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and we’ll send you a secure reset link.
