Terms of Service

THEKA.PK (“we”, “us”, the “platform”) is an online marketplace that connects project owners with contractors for project-based services. We provide the platform and facilitate discovery, bidding and communication; we are not a party to any agreement formed between a project owner and a contractor.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the platform.

Verification badges indicate that we have reviewed certain documents at a point in time. They are a trust signal, not a guarantee of quality, licensing or outcome. Project owners remain responsible for their own due diligence before hiring.

Bids submitted by contractors are offers to perform work. Accepting a bid creates a direct relationship between the project owner and the contractor. Pricing, scope, timelines and payment terms are agreed between those parties.

To protect users and keep transactions on-platform, contact details may be automatically detected and hidden until appropriate. You agree not to circumvent these protections, post unlawful content, misrepresent your identity, or use the platform to defraud others.

Posting projects is free for project owners. Contractors may use free or paid subscription plans. Certain features, such as site-assessment bookings, may carry fees or commissions, which will be disclosed before you commit.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, quality of work, or disputes between project owners and contractors. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
